Entrepreneur Parker Shade brings more than 13 years of experience in the Interior Design field. Having created lasting relationships with multiple “blue-chip” real estate firms, PSD has provided over 10 Million+ square feet of design services since opening its doors in 2009. With end-users such as Northrop Grumman, Pepsico, Coca-Cola, UPS, and many others, Parker has a proven track record of providing quality design projects on time and at exceptional value. P Shade Design has delivered design services in Industrial, Office, Medical Office, Retail, and Hospitality a nd has worked in every local DFW municipality as well as the Greater Houston area and Harris County.

ASSOCIATE – Z PROJECTS2006 - 2009
Design Department manager and sole producer of industrial design services responsible for all aspects of the department from Business Development to Contract Negotiations to Permit drawings and all the way through Accounts Receivables.
PROJECT MANAGER – BKM 2004 - 2006
Contract negotiation and implementation for office furniture procurement. Select clientele included Gold’s Gym, Omni American Credit Union, and Siemens with over 300+ manufacturers represented.
JUNIOR DESIGNER – IA, INTERIOR ARCHITECTS2003 - 2004
Design and Construction Documentation support for Cox Communication call center in Oklahoma City; Hulen Health Club in Fort Worth, TX, Lackland Airforce Base in San Antonio, TX; as well as recorded existing building documentation for tenant lease space of SRB in Houston, TX and Apria Healthcare in Jackson TN.
ARCHITECT APPRENTICE – ARMENTROUT MATHENY THURMOND, PC2000 - 2003
Direct design support and full design services for David Matheny, AIA. Full-scope permit Design projects included Athens-Clarke County Police headquarters relocation and a Bubble-Tea Bar and restaurant in Downtown Athens, GA both prior to design school graduation.
EDUCATION UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA, ATHENS, GABFA - INTERIOR DESIGN WITH HONORS
AWARDS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PHILANTHROPIES Parker Shade has repeatedly given back to the surrounding community. Heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity from 2006 – 2009, Parker was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2006 for the Dallas Chapter of Habitat. PSD has donated to multiple organizations over the years including Booker T. Washington Magnet schools, Tyler Hooten Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, as w ell as many others. Parker Shade swam for the University of Georgia and competed in the 2000 Olympic Swimming Trials.
